Grouting can be difficult to clean. Its often lower than the tiles making it harder to mop and collects dirt. We begin with a thorough chemical and mechanical clean. If we are working with Natural Stone this will be an Alkaline and might involve suitable acids on man made floor tiles.  Our Professional scrubbing machine is then used to scrub the flooring and break down the years of dirt from your grouting. We then extract the dirt and contaminants from the floor with our Spray / Extraction machine or contra Rotating scrubbing machine. 

The next stage for your tile and grout deep cleaning is to repeat the process with a Ph neutral cleaning solution to neutralise the floor and remove additional dirt that may still be present including a thorough grout scrub. 

Any edges with painted surfaced nearby or hard to reach corners etc will then be treated by hand before we mop the tile and grout and pad dry the floor with our oscillation machine. 

Now the floor is clean and smells great too. An option that can then be considered is an impregnator to help reduce porosity of the tile and grouting helping to keep the floor cleaner, stain free and easier to maintain for years to come. .
