Tile and Grout Sealing
After the thorough deep clean of your floor has been carried out and your floor looks great again. Lets keep your floor looking amazing!
Our optional protective seals or impregnators can be applied. The application of our breathable floor sealers gives excellent protection against both oil and water based stains. This aids maintenance and makes it easy for you to clean your floor as well as helping to stop the dirt getting into the porous surfaces. These seals make floors easier to clean, stops spills from setting in and lets you go longer between cleans whilst keeping your floor looking great. It stops liquid getting in whilst allowing the stone to breathe.

Lvt flooring is incredibly popular these days. It can be a fabulous alternative to real wood and with so many options available from a host of suppliers such as Amtico, Karndean and many more, each floor and design can be unique and tailored. Lvt is very hard wearing and non slip too. LVT can be practical throughout the house from kitchen and hallway floors to bathrooms and bedrooms too. The trouble many clients find is the authentic wood grain effects have a downside….deep & compacted dirt they cant shift. Our machine can work the dirt away restoring your fabulous floor. We can also apply appropriate dressings too if required.

Repairs
Damage doesn’t have to mean a new floor. We can undertake repairs too. We can deal with cracks in stone tiles, etching damage from acids, grout replacements and stains too. A repair could save thousands on an unnecessary replacement.

Crack Repairs and hole fills
We see lots of floors with cracks that need repairing, travertine and limestone with holes to be filled and tiles with chip damage. The majority of these can be repaired.
With a variety of options including coloured tints and polyester and epoxy fills along with transparent UV curing solutions too a repair should be possible for your worktops, floor and more.
